Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain quality data in databases and spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy. • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, including inspection records. • Support the Quality Inspection and Engineering teams by providing timely access to data and documentation. • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of quality records and sensitive information. • Ballooning drawings • Filling out AS9102 and dimensional inspection reports. • Working closely with the inspection team.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in quality or data management is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clerical, administrative, or quality related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; experience with ERP or quality management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• No Aerospace Experience needed. We will train! Great role for an introduction into the quality side of aerospace.
• Must have professional working proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments with occasional exposure to noise, chemicals, dust, industrial equipment, and temperature variations
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer workstation
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry, keyboarding, and mouse use
• Ability to view computer screens for prolonged periods
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
• Ability to use a computer to complete assignments

• Type: Full-time Hourly Pay Range: $32-$35/hr Business Hours: 7am-3:30pm PST Base Location: Riverside, CA Travel: None

• Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
