Systems, audits and compliance

• Administer quality systems, including ISO 9001 and related processes, across Netafim Australia and New Zealand.
• Plan and implement actions required for compliance with NAMS and applicable national, international, and customer-specific standards.
• Create and execute internal audit schedules while promoting management ownership and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement EHS standards and participate in occupational health and safety activities.

Corrective actions

• Control and promote the Corrective Action System for reporting, investigating, and correcting business issues.
• Coordinate technical problem-solving with managers in response to customer complaints and requests.
• Investigate incidents and product failures, check warranty conditions, report quality metrics, and coordinate tests and follow-up.
• Raise and follow up required SAP notifications.

Data and quality analysis

• Collate and present DPPM, COPQ, scrap, and other information required for management operational reviews.
• Analyse scrap and identify improvements that can reduce waste.
• Assist Product Managers with product approval programs, acceptance, and certification.

Operational excellence

• Drive a Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence culture across operational and manufacturing sites.
• Lead the site OpEx plan with operations and quality leaders.
• Lead PDPR in alignment with site strategy, including the three-year plan and X-Matrix.
• Complete monthly OMA and 5S assessments and facilitate Kaizen, RCCA, and TPM activities.
• Develop OpEx knowledge and deliver related training while supporting Lean Management activities.

Team and stakeholder management

• Liaise with corporate QA to share information, best practices, and knowledge across the global organisation.
• Operate and supervise the offline quality laboratory and maintain records of testing and approvals.
• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Train production employees on SPC, QC, and QA procedures and support special testing.
• Develop competency in the SAP QA module and train other users.

Capabilities and experience

• Manage and continuously improve quality management systems, governance, documentation, records, and compliance obligations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and apply working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Plan, conduct, and close internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools across operational or manufacturing environments.
• Analyse quality, scrap, non-conformance, and audit data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage SAP QA workflows covering product approvals, quality releases, and traceability.
• Influence, coach, and train leaders, supervisors, and shopfloor teams.
• Collaborate with operations, production, supply chain, product, and global corporate QA stakeholders.
