Key Responsibilities of Quality Operator KGJ:

  • Perform I n-process, and final inspection of products and components
  • Carry out quality testing activities such as visual inspection, leak test, burst test, and other functional checks
  • Support first part inspection (FPI) and patrol inspection during production
  • Identify defects, segregate non-conforming products, and manage the quarantine area
  • Monitor critical quality parameters and record inspection/test results accurately
  • Immediately report abnormalities and escalate quality issues to supervisor/engineer
  • Support scrap reduction and defect analysis activities
  • Follow and maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards on shopfloor
  • Support internal audits, layered audits, and process verification activities
  • follow continuous improvement initiatives such as Poka-Yoke, SPC, and quality control tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass (Technical preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in quality/inspection role in in Kautex on third party role.
  • Cleared internal assessment criteria
