Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Quality Officer** to join our home healthcare .
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a healthcare facility in **Al Ain or Abu Dhabi**, with strong knowledge of DOH regulations, healthcare quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
This role is essential in ensuring compliance, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement healthcare quality standards and policies
- Ensure compliance with **DOH Abu Dhabi regulations**
- Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Track and analyze KPIs (clinical & operational indicators)
- Lead incident reporting review and corrective action plans
- Support accreditation preparation (DOH / JCIA / other standards if applicable)
- Conduct staff education on quality and patient safety
- Prepare monthly quality reports for management
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
✔ Minimum 3–5 years experience in healthcare quality in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi
✔ Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare compliance
✔ Experience in audit processes and KPI monitoring
✔ Familiarity with incident reporting systems
✔ Strong analytical and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
