Role Overview
We are hiring a **Quality Manager** to lead quality management, patient safety, and compliance initiatives within a **hospital environment**.
The role focuses on accreditation readiness, quality improvement, and ensuring adherence to healthcare quality standards across operations.
Key Requirements
- **Minimum 8–10 years of quality management experience**
- **Hospital experience is mandatory**
- Must have worked in a **hospital or healthcare facility**
- Strong experience with **healthcare quality standards and hospital accreditation**
- Proven understanding of **patient safety, risk management, and quality governance**
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage hospital‑wide **quality and patient safety programs**
- Ensure compliance with **local and international healthcare standards**
- Support accreditation activities, audits, surveys, and inspections
- Develop, implement, and monitor **quality policies, procedures, and KPIs**
- Analyze quality indicators, incidents, and trends
- Drive corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA)
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams
- Promote a culture of **continuous quality improvement**
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards for leadership review
Preferred Experience
- Experience with **JCI, DOH, ISO, or equivalent healthcare standards**
- Experience working in **large hospital or multidisciplinary healthcare environments**
- ✅ **Important Note**
- This role is **strictly for candidates with prior hospital or healthcare experience**.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
