Quality Manager (Head Quality & EHS Clamps US)

Qualifications

• To be successful in the Quality Manager role, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
• Experience: Five (5) years+ of supervisory experience in quality management within the automotive manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing industries.
• ISO 14000 and TS 16949 Lead Auditor Certification: Certification as a Lead Auditor for ISO 14000 and TS 16949 standards.
• Educational Background: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Customer/Vendor Liaison Experience: Proven experience in liaising with customers and vendors, preferably in the automotive sector.
• 8D Problem Solving Skills: Ability to effectively utilize the 8D problem-solving methodology to address quality issues.
