QUALIFICATIONS

  • · Prior Experience: Prior experience working in a quality assurance or related lab role highly desired; wire/cable manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • · Pace & Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • · Multi-tasking: Strong ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple quality tests and verification tasks being performed simultaneously.
  • · Analytical & Problem-Solving: Analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset required; excellent problem-solving techniques.
  • · Math Skills: Minimum of basic to moderate math skills.
  • · Communication: Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • · Computer Skills: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office programs, ERP, and quality tracking software).
  • · High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • · Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and other department personnel.
  • · Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Physical demand requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, use hand tools, bend, stand, and move around the production facility and lab throughout the shift.
  • Wear safety attire or protective gear daily; work indoors with potential exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
