We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Quality Inspector
to ensure quality control across all stages of joinery production and maintain compliance with factory standards.
Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished joinery products.
- Ensure products meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.
- Conduct dimensional checks, finish inspections, and final product evaluations.
- Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with factory quality procedures and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a joinery or woodworking factory.
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting.
