  • Perform inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications.
  • Perform in-line inspections for external customer issues/replacement orders.
  • Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and measuring devices.
  • Process associated documentation, including customer certifications, process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.
  • Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
  • Work directly with engineering and production to address, correct, and prevent customer complaints
  • Complete First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and qualification efforts
  • Control of non-conforming product.
  • Create quality alerts.
  • Maintain and distribute quality standards as needed.
  • Complete 6S activities
  • Assist with audits as applicable.
  • Dimensional Inspection as needed.
  • Help other departments as needed with administrative and light physical tasks.
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and ERP software experience
  • Possess good math and computer skills
  • Prior factory and Forklift experience a plus
  • 2 years of manufacturing or quality inspection preferred
