Ensuring all assigned work meets agreed KPIs and SLAs while proactively coordinating with client teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Conducting planned and random site inspections of electrical installations and systems to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, local regulations, and relevant international standards.

Inspecting electrical works, including power distribution systems, lighting systems, earthing and lightning protection systems, low-voltage installations, control panels, cabling works, and associated infrastructure.

Monitoring contractor activities to ensure adherence to approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Management System (QMS)

Witnessing electrical testing and commissioning activities, including cable testing, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, functional testing, and system performance verification.

Identifying non-conformances, quality issues, and deviations from project specifications, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.

Investigating recurring quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and preparing detailed inspection reports with supporting documentation and photographs.

Recording inspection findings and maintaining accurate quality records in relevant systems, ensuring timely updates and effective document control.

Providing field-based technical support and guidance to contractors and project teams on quality-related matters.

Liaising with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and client representatives to resolve quality concerns and promote best practices.

Ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements during all inspection activities.

Participating in on-call escalation rotas and supporting colleagues as required to meet business needs.
