TK Elevator UAE L.L.C is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring that the products and services meet our rigorous standards and exceed client expectations, contributing directly to our commitment to safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for systematically examining materials, components, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from specifications. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our production processes by providing accurate and timely inspection reports and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize various measurement tools and equipment to perform dimensional inspections and functional testing.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports highlighting issues and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and checklists.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
• Participate actively in internal audits and support external audits by providing necessary evidence and explanations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to company health and safety policies.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices related to quality inspection and assurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and relevant tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and testing instruments.
• Good documentation skills and experience with quality management systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and suggest improvements.
