Key Responsibilities

  • · Site and Production Inspection: Conduct Inspections and Test Plans (ITP) for equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing milestones.
  • · Non-Conformance Management: Identify, flag, and document defective materials or workmanship, and track corrective actions (NCRs) to completion.
  • · Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, oversee, and maintain turnover documentation, quality audits, and weekly/monthly project quality reports.
  • · Supplier and Site Collaboration: Partner with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • · Root Cause Analysis: Perform RCA on quality issues to prevent recurrence.
  • Typical Qualifications
  • · Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
  • · Experience: Proven experience in QA/QC, ideally within energy storage, manufacturing, or construction environments.
  • · Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S) and proficiency with ERP and Quality Management databases.
  • · Attributes: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
