Qualifications
- ' Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
- ' Extensive experience in calibration and standards
- ' Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- ' Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
- ' Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
- ' Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
- ' Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
- ' Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
- ' Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
- ' Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- ' Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
- ' Other duties as assigned.
