Quality Improvement Manager
- The Quality Improvement Manager leads initiatives to improve product, service, and operational quality by analyzing processes, implementing improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Create and implement quality improvement plans aligned with business objectives.

Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve performance.
π Quality Monitoring & Analysis
Track quality metrics, performance indicators, defects, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities.
π Continuous Improvement Programs
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives.
π‘οΈ Compliance & Standards Management
Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and internal policies.
π Audit & Risk Management
Support internal audits, identify risks, and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
π₯ Team Collaboration & Training
Work with departments to improve processes, provide training, and promote quality awareness.
π Reporting & Performance Improvement
Prepare quality reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvement actions to leadership.

π EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- π Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or related field
- π Preferred certifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
β’ Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
- ISO Quality Management certifications
- π Experience with:
- Quality assurance and improvement programs
- Process mapping and optimization
- Root cause analysis (RCA)
- Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- KPI and performance management
