Position: Quality Final Auditor – High Fashion Garments

Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 10 years (preferably in high-fashion/luxury garment quality control and final audit)

Salary Range: AED equivalent to experience and skillset (competitive, discussed during interview)

Conduct final quality inspections and audits of high-fashion garments prior to shipment. **Ensure stitching, finishing, measurements, trims, embroidery, embellishments, and overall garment quality meet international luxury standards.**

Monitor compliance with buyer specifications, brand quality guidelines, and AQL standards. **Coordinate with factories, production, and merchandising teams for corrective and preventive actions.**

Plan and monitor fabric, trims, and production flow to ensure seamless operations and timely completion. **Maintain detailed inspection reports, audit documentation, and quality records.**

Oversee packaging and presentation standards according to luxury fashion requirements. **Train and guide finishing and production teams to improve quality consistency and reduce rejections.**

Strong technical knowledge of luxury/high-fashion garment quality parameters. **Proven experience in final quality inspection and audit for apparel exports.**

Familiarity with international buyer standards, AQL procedures, and compliance norms. **Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards. **Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.**

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
