The profile of the Quality Analysts should be as follows: 1. Must be a graduate 2. Experience/Knowledge of Bank’s products & processes 3. Overall experience of three years wherein at least two years in quality analysis of a Banking process 4. QAs must have versant test score of 5 and above with typing test with speed of 25-30 words per minute and 85% accuracy.

Conduct regular quality audits and assessments of customer interactions and processes.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
Identify trends and areas of improvement through data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality assurance activities.
Conduct root cause analysis for customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in quality management.
Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
