Operating within the

, this role ensures that quality is designed into execution—not inspected in after the fact—by establishing global standards, assurance mechanisms, testing rigor, and process discipline that scale across regions, customers, and service offers.

The position plays a critical role in enabling consistent, reliable, and repeatable customer outcomes while supporting Eaton’s growth with hyperscale and colocation data center customers worldwide.

This role is based in Dubai, serving as a global coordination hub, and works across regions, time zones, and functions to drive a “one Eaton” quality mindset for post‑order delivery.
