Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support APQP activities and plant quality deliverables
  • Develop quality plans, control plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, and inspection procedures
  • Analyze quality data and perform product and process evaluations using CMM and other laboratory equipment
  • Support problem-solving and corrective action activities
  • Ensure compliance with IATF/TS16949, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct quality and process control training
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding quality concerns and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in automotive or automotive-related manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, control plans, process capability, and quality systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with metal fabrication, molding, machining, or forming processes is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
