Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience; automotive preferred.
  • Experience with customer issue resolution, corrective actions, audits, and quality systems.
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools, GD&T, SPC, MSA, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.
