Quality Engineer

Salary: QAR 29,000 per month
Role Summary:
Qodum Tech LLC is seeking a detail-driven Quality Engineer to join its team in West Bay, Doha. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that products, systems, and processes consistently meet quality standards and client expectations across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans
- Monitor production and operational processes to ensure compliance with standards
- Conduct audits, inspections, and root cause analysis of quality issues
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve process efficiency
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and performance records
- Ensure adherence to international quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards)
- Familiarity with quality tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, or root cause analysis
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
