Skills

  • Bilingual Finnish (Native) & English (Fluent - written and oral) preferable but not essential
  • Mechanical construction, maintenance or commissioning of data centers or other mission-critical environments
  • Proficient in the interpretation and application of complex engineering drawings, schematics and specifications
  • Understanding of ASHRAE standards and familiarity with BMS
  • Strong understanding of local regulations and project management principles
  • Strong IT ability (BIM 360 & Google suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, prioritise and solve problems
  • Detail-focussed
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications & Experience:

You are a technically capable and come to us with: • BSc or BEng Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering preferred / BTech level • Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects • Experience working on data centre/technology project experience preferred but not essential • Experience working in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments

Qualifications
