About the Role
Wood is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, site-based position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in quality management. The role involves supporting the implementation and improvement of quality strategies and systems within the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to quality professionals in the successful implementation of quality strategies, plans, objectives, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the ongoing communication, development, and improvement of the Business Management System (BMS).
- Assist in the communication, development, and improvement of supporting systems such as Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems.
- Undertake simple data analysis under the guidance of quality professionals.
- Support planned assurance activities through the planning, execution, and reporting phases, including external assurance with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables for overall project or program implementation.
- Engage with delivery and supporting functions to enhance awareness of interfaces and working practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Working knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Required Skills
- Proficiency in the analysis of processes and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Systematic thinking.
Work Environment
- This is a site-based, full-time position within Wood's operations in Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with various teams and functions to support quality objectives.
