The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. Job Posting Date: August 6, 2026.
The annual base salary range for this position is $84,800.00 - $127,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Responsibilities
- Lead the activities related to quality control inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards within Honeywell Quality Engineering team. You will ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production. Responsible for all activities involving quality control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will establish and implement a complete quality control program that identifies potential and actual problems and oversee team involvement with corrective actions. You will apply your expertise and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical quality control issues.
- YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Guide talent
- Facilitate/lead staff meetings
- Update and report metrics
- Supervision of final inspections, NDT, CMM and FAI teams
- Balance workload to optimize output of inspection teams
- Process and compliance support
- Continuous improvement of the final inspection operations
- Ensure proper training of inspection personnel
- Maintain electronic work instructions for final inspection
