QUALITY CONTROL & PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Role overview

Product quality and inspection

• Inspect incoming hygiene products, cleaning chemicals, and general supplies.
• Verify product quality, quantities, packaging, labels, and expiry dates.
• Match deliveries against approved samples, purchase orders, and specifications.
• Review Safety Data Sheets and relevant quality documentation.
• Identify and report damaged, defective, or non-compliant products.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and quality records.

Procurement and supplier support

• Assist the Head of Purchase with procurement and daily purchasing activities.
• Prepare and coordinate purchase orders, quotations, and price comparisons.
• Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, replacements, and outstanding orders.
• Maintain supplier information and purchasing records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for timely procurement.

Required qualifications and skills

• Experience in quality inspection, purchasing, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, detergents, and hygiene products.
• A qualification in Chemistry, Quality Control, or Procurement is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills; ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Candidates are expected to be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

Compensation

• The posting states pay from AED 1.00 per month; competitive compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Interview process

• Initial online interviews are listed for October 14–17, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM UAE time, lasting 20–30 minutes via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
