Overview
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for civil works as per ADNOC and project specifications
- Conduct inspections, material verification, and testing for:
- Concrete works
- Reinforcement (rebar)
- Earthworks
- Structural elements
- Review and approve:
- Method Statements
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- QA/QC documentation from subcontractors
- Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams for:
- NCR closure
- RFIs
- Punch list clearance
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality audits for client and consultant review
- Liaise with ADNOC representatives and third‑party inspectors to ensure compliance and approvals
- Support pre‑commissioning and handover documentation for civil scope
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements during inspections and site activities
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train junior QC staff and site supervisors on quality standards and reporting procedures
