**Mandatory Requirement:** Degree in Nursing with more than 4 years of experience
*Valid QCHP/MOPH License (preferred)
*Experience in quality assurance/control or clinical nursing(preferred)
*Strong communication and documentation skills
*Ability to conduct audits, staff evaluations, and compliance monitoring.

*Monitor and improve quality of nursing services*
Conduct clinical audits and competency assessments
*Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies
*Support staff training and performance improvement
*Prepare quality reports and follow-up actions.
