Overview
We are hiring **Quality Control Manager**.
Immediate joiners with valid QID & NOC.
Qatar local hire only
Key Responsibilities
- **Food Safety and Compliance:** Implement and enforce Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- **Quality Inspections:** Oversee daily operational checks, including temperature checks, pH checks, and modified atmosphere packaging inspections to ensure product freshness.
- **Animal Welfare:** Monitor the receiving and stunning processes to ensure humane handling of livestock.
- **Sanitation (SSOPs):** Maintain rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards (SSOPs) throughout the facility.
- **Traceability:** Ensure full traceability of products from "farm to fork".
- **Lab Analysis:** Coordinate on-site laboratory testing for microbial and chemical analysis of products.
- **Team Leadership:** Train, lead, and manage QC technicians and operatives to maintain a strong food safety culture.
- **Audit Management:** Lead internal and external audits and manage non-conformance situations.
Requirements
- **Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field**.
- Arab National preferred
- Previous experience as Quality Control Manager - Production
- Good communication skill in English
