Previous experience in construction quality control, inspection, or construction management.

Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, drawings, specifications, and building codes.

Proven ability to implement and enforce quality plans on active construction sites.

Experience conducting inspections, reviewing work in place, and managing punch lists.

Proficiency with project management and documentation platforms.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem‐solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced construction environment while maintaining high quality standards.
