Your Role in the Spotlight:

As our Quality Control Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every fabric, every product, and every process meets exceptional quality standards. You'll have the chance to shape and refine our quality systems, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to world-class textile manufacturing.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Leadership:
• You will own the process of developing and executing robust quality control systems, ensuring our textiles are flawless, from start to finish.
• Team Empowerment:

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of quality inspectors. Your leadership will help them thrive, ensuring a smooth workflow and an unyielding commitment to quality.

• Data-Driven Decisions:

You’ll prepare insightful quality reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement, providing the management team with the data they need to continuously improve.Collaborate with production and R&D to identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring that quality standards are not only met but exceeded. Be a driving force in continuous innovation.Encounter an issue? You’ll dig deep to understand its root cause and lead the charge on creating efficient, effective solutions that keep production moving forward.Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO, etc.) and help us stay ahead of industry trends in sustainability and eco-friendly practices.What We’re Looking For:

• Process Optimization:
• Hands-On Problem Solving:
• Sustainability and Compliance:
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in quality control in the textile industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a big plus!
• Skill Set:
• A strong understanding of textile production processes, fabric testing, and the technical aspects of quality control.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Pay: AED15,678.00 - AED16,600.00 per month
