Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Executive to support and enhance healthcare quality standards across the organization.

The role requires hands-on experience with JAWDA KPIs, Department of Health (DOH) ranking audits, ADHICS standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks in Abu Dhabi.

The candidate will play a critical role in monitoring quality indicators, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Quality & Compliance Management

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and quality frameworks.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance for JAWDA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and support DOH ranking audits and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and ADHICS standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and mock surveys to assess readiness for external audits.

Audit & Accreditation Support

  • Lead preparation activities for DOH, JAWDA, and other regulatory audits.
  • Maintain documentation and evidence required for audit submissions.
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and operational data for quality reporting.
  • Generate dashboards and reports for JAWDA performance and DOH ranking metrics.
  • Monitor trends, identify risks, and recommend improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aligned with DOH standards.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and performance gaps.
  • Support departments in improving patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct training sessions on quality standards, JAWDA indicators, and ADHICS compliance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Provide guidance to staff on audit readiness and compliance expectations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Master’s degree or certifications in Healthcare Quality is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare quality in Abu Dhabi/UAE
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • JAWDA KPIs and reporting
  • DOH ranking audits and inspections
  • ADHICS compliance standards
  • Healthcare accreditation processes

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and healthcare quality frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience in audit preparation and compliance management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and dashboards
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
  • Internal Auditor certification
