We are looking for experienced and motivated Trade Finance QA Test Lead – Temenos T24.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trade Finance QA Test Lead – Temenos T24 with strong expertise in Trade Finance products, Temenos T24 trade modules, and digital banking integration testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end testing for Trade Finance digitalization initiatives and act as the domain SME.
  • Define and manage test strategy, planning, execution, defect governance, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Perform hands-on testing of Temenos T24 Trade Finance modules, including LC, LC Drawings, Documentary Collections / Bills, and Trade Loans via LD.
  • Validate contract lifecycle, charges/commissions, limits/collateral, accounting entries, reconciliation, and SWIFT generation via T24 Delivery (DE).
  • Test front-end portals and integrations with BPM/Workflow engines and Temenos T24 Core Banking.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of QA experience in banking, with at least 5 years in Trade Finance systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience in testing Temenos T24 Trade Finance modules.
  • Deep knowledge of Trade Finance products, including LCs, Guarantees, Bills, Trade Loans, and Murabaha.
  • Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging standards and ICC guidelines such as UCP 600 and URDG 758.
  • Experience with JIRA / ALM, Postman / SoapUI, and digital/core banking integration testing.
  • Good understanding of RBAC, security testing, compliance workflows, and reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification is required.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager, CDCS, or Temenos T24 accreditation will be an advantage.
