The engineer works with operations, HSE, and management teams to support continuous improvement and a strong quality culture across projects and locations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform inspections, monitor equipment and service quality, document non-conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits, analyze quality data and trends, and prepare technical reports and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with operations, HSE, management teams, and clients on quality performance and improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills, including process, procedure, and standards development.
- Hands-on Quality Control and Inspection experience in industrial, oilfield, or engineering environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Auditing practices and experience supporting or leading internal and external audits.
- Familiarity with relevant standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO, API, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with quality management tools, reporting systems, and basic office software.
