Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS and customer standards, including the customer's COP.
- Manage internal audits and non-conformances; maintain an audit programme covering GMP, glass, wood, and other physical audits.
- Conduct daily QA checks, assess raw material specifications, and manage the technical runner.
- Train new starters and lead investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Work with customer-facing teams and act as the main contact for pest control and chemical suppliers.
