Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to Greystone's Quality team.
- Oversee the organization's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen manufacturing quality processes.
- Evolve quality processes and support manufacturing excellence as the organization grows.
- Help ensure products meet evolving customer expectations worldwide.
Requirements
- Experienced quality leader with a strong manufacturing background.
- Expertise in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as SPC, PPAP, and DFMEA.
- Experience in electronics, electrical, electromechanical, industrial automation, controls, sensors, HVAC, aerospace, or similar engineered product manufacturing is highly valued.
- Approachable, collaborative leader who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
Compensation
- Salary range: $95,000-$115,000 CAD annually.
