About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead our Quality Assurance function and ensure the highest standards of quality across our products, services, and operational processes.
In this role, you will develop and implement quality management systems, oversee compliance with industry standards, lead internal audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Establish and monitor quality standards, policies, and procedures across all business functions.
- Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality performance through KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management methodologies.
- Collaborate with operations, production, engineering, and other departments to improve product and service quality.
- Manage customer complaints, non-conformance reports, and quality investigations.
- Ensure supplier quality management and support vendor performance evaluations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Assurance team.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards).
- Experience in internal auditing, compliance, CAPA, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management/reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of
- 7 years
- of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, including leadership responsibilities.
- Professional certifications such as
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- , or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Experience implementing quality systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience in the
- UAE or GCC region
- is an advantage.
