About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee the organization's quality management programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products, services, processes, and operational activities consistently meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong quality management, compliance, auditing, process improvement, and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Lead quality management and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements and best practices.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
- Analyze quality performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate quality issues, root causes, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with operational teams to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Manage quality documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, industry, and organizational standards.
- Support external audits, certification programs, and quality reviews.
- Train and mentor employees on quality management practices and standards.
- Prepare quality reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, compliance, auditing, or operational excellence roles.
- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, CQM, CQE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience developing and managing quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong knowledge of auditing processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and performance measurement.
- Experience working within multinational or regional organizations is advantageous.
