Must‑Have Skills
- Prior experience managing QA for mid‑to‑large digital transformation programs
- Strong Airline systems experience (PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check‑In, GDS/Amadeus)
- Hands‑on expertise in Web, Mobile, Middleware, and Interface testing
- Experience leading end‑to‑end QA delivery including Functional, Non‑Functional, and UAT testing
- Proficiency with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor testing teams and manage full testing lifecycle (planning, execution, defect management, reporting)
- Experience collaborating with Agile release teams
