- Define and implement quality assurance frameworks
- Establish standards, policies, and quality guidelines
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Monitor organization-wide quality performance metrics
- Drive consistency across all operational areas

- Oversee audits, inspections, and quality reviews
- Analyze quality data and identify performance gaps
- Investigate root causes of quality issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure ongoing improvement of product and service quality

- Identify inefficiencies in business processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement Lean / Six Sigma or similar methodologies

- 📚 Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Experience
- Experience in quality assurance or operations roles
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
- Knowledge of quality frameworks and audit processes
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Experience with reporting and performance analysis
