About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee the organization's quality management initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across business operations.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure quality requirements are consistently met.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage quality documentation, records, and reporting systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop quality assurance team members.
What We're Looking For

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance, quality management, compliance, or related functions.
- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, CQM, CQA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory and industry quality standards is advantageous.
