Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Volunteer role supporting Midmac’s growing operations and project initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with project documentation, data entry, and report preparation, as well as coordinating with team members to gather information and track progress.
The volunteer may support research on industry trends, best practices, and regulations relevant to construction and Saudi Vision 2030 projects.
Additional tasks can include organizing digital files, preparing presentations, and supporting internal communication efforts.
The role is designed to offer hands-on experience in a professional construction environment while contributing meaningful support to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documents, emails, and basic reports.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, including managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently in a remote setting.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms such as Teams or Zoom).
- Ability to conduct basic online research, summarize findings, and present information in a structured format.
- Demonstrated interest in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale development projects is highly beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and openness to feedback in a multicultural, remote working environment.
- Relevant coursework or training in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
