Role Description

This part-time, hybrid Quality Assurance Manager role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site presence and the option to work from home for specific tasks.

The Quality Assurance Manager will design, implement, and maintain quality standards and processes that support the network’s activities, communications, and member experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include defining QA procedures, creating checklists and documentation, reviewing event workflows, and ensuring consistency and reliability across all digital and in-person touchpoints.

The person in this role will monitor feedback from members, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with organizers and partners to implement corrective and preventive actions.

The role also involves preparing periodic quality reports, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, and helping to scale best practices as the community grows.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Process Improvement, preferably in service, events, or community-based organizations.
  • Strong skills in developing, documenting, and refining quality procedures, standards, and checklists.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret feedback and performance data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a part-time setting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus given the Bordeaux-based network.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating both on site in Abu Dhabi and remotely with stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital tools for project management, documentation, and communication (e.g., shared drives, project boards, messaging platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior exposure to entrepreneurial, start-up, or community-building environments is an advantage.
