Role Description
This part-time Quality Assurance Manager role at Me stesso me is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and flexibility to work from home.
The Quality Assurance Manager will design, implement, and maintain quality management processes, standards, and documentation to ensure consistent product and service quality.
This role will involve planning and conducting audits, performing root-cause analyses for defects or non-conformities, and driving corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.
The manager will collaborate with operations, product, and leadership to define quality KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
Additional responsibilities include training team members on quality procedures, reporting on quality metrics, and supporting compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality management, preferably in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong skills in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA).
- Ability to plan and execute internal audits, manage non-conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Comfort with data analysis, metrics tracking, and using quality KPIs to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in hybrid environments and managing priorities across on-site and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, ISO auditor) are a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant industry or regulatory standards (e.g., ISO standards) is highly desirable.
