Role overview
The Quality Assurance Manager will proactively improve company quality systems through audits, process improvement, and partner feedback.
Responsibilities
- Develop standardised production, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Identify potential risks through root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Perform internal and external quality audits and report findings in detail.
- Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate team members.
- Participate in process improvement and seek constructive feedback from key partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
- At least five years of relevant work experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
