Quality Assurance Intern (Winter 2027, 12months)

Position summary

Key areas of responsibility

• Assist the North America Quality department with software and hardware quality assurance tasks.
• Implement AI use cases to reduce quality activity costs and effort, including automating metric collection.
• Participate in the AI committee and contribute ideas.
• Support the Quality Assurance Manager, collect and update organizational KPIs, and help Project Quality Managers prepare monthly quality-report metrics.
• Update scripts and tools used by the Quality Assurance team.
• Manage customer surveys and monitor milestones for sending them.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Required skills and experience

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field at an accredited university; examples include AI engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, and electrical engineering.
• At least two years of undergraduate study completed.
• Fluent written and spoken English; able to work 40 hours per week for the agreed term.
• Able to learn quickly, contribute, work independently, find solutions, and seek help when needed.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, JavaScript/SQL, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Copilot.

Pay

• Pay is listed as CAD $23–$30 per hour.
