Role- QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST (Digital Operation Quality)

Band - B1 Location - Chennai & Pune

Shift Timming - Night Shift

Qualification - Graduate degree required; Marketing, Advertising, Media, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related discipline preferred

Experience - 3-6 years in Digital Advertising Operations, Campaign Operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Excellence, or Operational Compliance; digital marketing or media-operations audit experience strongly preferred.

Roles & Responsibility

Perform transaction and process audits across digital service lines.

Validate campaign setup, order processing, workflow compliance, documentation and QA.

Identify defects, trends and risks.

Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Participate in calibrations; maintain audit evidence and quality records.

Publish quality reports; support transitions, readiness assessments and improvement initiatives.

Digital advertising workflows and operational controls; transaction and process audits.

Campaign setup and order-processing validation.

SOP and compliance assessment; sampling and error classification; root-cause analysis; corrective and preventive actions; calibration.

Quality reporting, trend analysis and documentation.

Advanced attention to detail; Excel and PowerPoint

Good To Have Skiils:- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, DV360, CRM and workflow tools; Lean Six Sigma, COPC, ISO or Quality Management Systems; quality scorecards, audit frameworks and dashboards; Green Belt or Quality Analyst certification

Mandatory Skills: Quality Management.

Experience: 1-3 Years.
