Role overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst helps ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations for safety, compliance, and quality.
The role combines technical quality expertise with collaboration to strengthen systems, reduce risk, and support continuous improvement.
Product integrity and quality systems
- Support product release decisions so only safe, compliant, high-quality products reach customers.
- Identify quality risks and drive preventive actions before issues affect operations.
- Lead internal audits and follow through on corrective actions.
- Manage non-conformances and support root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
Documentation and business support
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and records to support audit readiness.
- Help keep quality systems consistent, current, and effective.
- Provide quality and food safety support, training, and guidance across the organization.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen accountability and sustainable improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience, or a science-related bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, SOPs, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience with HACCP and/or FSSC 22000.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication and relationship-building ability.
- Food manufacturing experience is a bonus.
