- Develop methodologies, procedures, and templates related to process management in coordination with organisational units.
- Monitor the implementation of operational plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare periodic operational reports on the implementation of processes and procedures, including the necessary recommendations.
- Review the functions and work procedures of organisational units and verify their compliance with quality requirements.
- Design and conduct internal and external institutional surveys to assess stakeholder satisfaction.
- Analyse survey results and prepare analytical reports with recommendations.
- Promote awareness of total quality management concepts and develop guidance materials and templates.
- Manage quality-related knowledge, including documenting updated procedures and best practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Quality Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent)
Ø A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in quality or operations management
Professional certifications in quality management (ISO 9001) or operations management are preferred
