Quality Analyst - IDD Services

Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitor performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership and program teams.
• Coordinate accreditation and certification readiness, quality-focused reviews, and fidelity monitoring.
• Coach staff and stakeholders on quality improvement methods, tools, and practices; review guidelines and optimize workflows.
• Conduct Quality Service Visits and internal audits, and prepare for external reviews and surveys.
• Use satisfaction surveys and feedback loops to identify improvements based on data trends.
• Initiate improvement plans, lead cross-functional workgroups, and facilitate problem-solving sessions.
• Draft corrective action plans following audits, reviews, or investigations; support strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain role-specific certifications through ongoing professional development.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One to three years in a similar role in a human services or behavioral health organization.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Five or more years of similar experience in a human services or behavioral health organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of DBHDD and DCH rules and regulations is preferred.
• Analytical ability, data analysis software proficiency, and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, teamwork, and project management skills.

Working conditions

• Routine schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; occasional non-traditional hours, including weekends, may be required.
• Hybrid office and field setting, with travel to sites for quality reviews, training, and technical assistance.
