About This Role
Overview
As a Quality Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across our logistics operations.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and client standards, thereby helping to safeguard our reputation for excellence and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing, updating, and maintaining quality documentation, including procedures, manuals, and records relevant to ground and rail logistics operations.
- Assisting with the coordination and execution of internal quality audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Tracking and reporting on key quality metrics, analysing trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with operational teams to support corrective and preventive actions when quality issues arise.
- Ensuring that all quality processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Supporting training programmes by preparing materials and facilitating awareness sessions on quality standards across departments.
- Serving as a point of contact for quality-related queries and facilitating effective communication between management and operational staff.
