Role Description
We are seeking a Qualitative Researcher.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for qualitative research.

- Moderate FGDs and IDIs effectively, ensuring smooth discussions and accurate insights.
- Recruit and manage respondents for qualitative research projects.
- Assist in developing discussion guides and research questionnaires.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers for research sessions.
- Record, summarize, and document findings with high accuracy.
- Support the team in preparing research reports and presentations.
- Assist with fieldwork and logistics for research sessions as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Successful moderation of FGDs and IDIs.
- Accurate and timely recruitment of respondents.
- Professional and effective client communication.
- High-quality documentation of qualitative insights.
- Adherence to project timelines and research protocols.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in qualitative market research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in moderation of FGDs/IDIs and respondent recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Based in Dubai
